Mailer: Elm [revision: 70.85.2.1]

I had the list-owner submit a message to his list with "Approved:" as
the first line of the body.

He indicated to me that people who had always gotten blank messages
before, did receive messges (albeit with abbreviated headers). I got
a message from one person saying he got

"Mime-type: 1.0"
"Mime-type: 1.0"
"Mime-type: 1.0"
"Mime-type: 1.0"
"Mime-type: 1.0"
"Mime-type: 1.0"
...

repeated a number of times in the header of the successful message.

So far, one person sent me a note saying they'd encountered the
same problem when the mail queue filled up, but that is obviously
not the problem here. Anyone have any pointers? What's up here?
Can I really be the first person to come accross this problem?
