reply question

a quick question, is this possible (if, so, how?):

on a closed list of several members:

i want people to be able to mail questions to a list, and when a list
member replies to the question, i want the reply to go back to the person
who asked the question /and/ also to the list itself (so other members
are aware that the question has been delt with).

i realize that "resend" allows you to specify a Reply-To: field, but i want
the field to include the sender's address (which I'm not sure if it's 
possible).
