WWW Front end for Majordomo?

Are there any forms-based, cgi-bin gateways to Majordomo?  i.e. fill out a 
HTML form with subscribe, unsubscribe, etc stuff and then submit it, and 
have Majordomo process it as an e-mail?

I _think_ I saw something like this for Internic's mailing lists...

If I'm not going to reinvent the wheel, I may make a cgi-bin gateway for 
Majordomo when I have time :-)
