I just recently set this up, modifying the cgi post-mail program to
send a subscription request to Majordomo if the right fields & buttons
were set.  If there's an easier way to do it, I'd like to know.  My
code doesn't look very nice, but it does work.  Check it out at:

What I would like to do is create a simple language to allow me to
interact with a generic forms processor and specify special rules
for each form in a hidden field.  But that's more than I have time
for at the moment.
