I am new to this list. Hope this is not a faq.
Question 1.
How do I gateway postings from my list to a news server on my LAN?
Does anyone got any script that I can use?
Question 2.
Does anyone has scripts to do this: gateway postings at a majordomo list
server?
For example, I set up a list call local-majordomo-users which
contain subscribers from my lan ONLY. On this list, there will a
subscriber call majordomo-users (which is this list).
Postings from majordomo-users lists will be then sent to
local-majordomo-users list; and redistribute to my local subscribers.
Also, my local subscribers are able to post to majordomo-users.
Actually the idea is to reduce the traffic coming into my lan from the
Internet.
