Ok, here is the setup:

Intel type box
SVR4
majordomo-1.92
smail-3.1.29 (not in daemon mode, but foreground mode)
taylor-1.04: Taylor Config, Taylor Logging, HDB Spool Format

When uucico is started manually, the Logged times in Stats, Debug, and Log
are Pacific time -- i.e. they are translated to local time. Other times,
when started from smail/uux, the logged times in Stats, Debug, and Log are GMT!
I BELIEVE that uucico started from cron uses local time. Is this an smail
problem? A majordomo problem?

I do not care which the log files have, but I want some consistancy. Does
anyone know why this is happening, and how I can make all logged times be
either local times, or GMT times?
