rs6000 Install problem

Thanks to all who responded. I did get it running later that afternoon. Root
ownership of wrapper was the key. Sorry for the newbie questions, but with
pressure comes desperation. Having seen traffic about permissions problems
on this list, I tried all the permutations of the solutions, first. This
probably clouded the soup even more.

Once again, thanks to all. I return now to lurker status.
