That is not really a question as to what majordomo will do with it,
but a question as to what your config does, and what your mail transport
agent does, and (if local) what your mail delevery agent does.
For the most part what will happen is the list administrator will get
a bounce message stating that the mail was not deliverable. It is up
to the admin to determine if the error is sever enough to take action.
Many times you will see that a sight will have temporary problems that
one, or a few errors will be generated, then the problem goes away.
Having someting auto-drop the user on a per failure basis may not
be what you want.
The admin then has the choice of taking them out of the list, contacting them,
adding them to a "bounce" list, etc.
