I have been using a script called MailServ to get people signed on to my
NSX Mailing List. Has worked out quite well. It is easy to configure.
I'm not a hacker or Unix guru and I managed to get it set up right the
first time around in less than 30 minutes. You can check out how it
works at http://www.anes.med.umich.edu/NSX underneath the About the
Mailing List section. There is a link from there to the actual script
itself so you can download it.
Best wishes,
David
