Just wanted to post a summary of the solution to my problem of not being
able to see any of the message_header message_footer stuff.
Thanks to Bryan Curnutt for pointing out to me that I needed to use the
'resend' script to actually attach the headers and footers and stuff.
I also finally got a copy of the O-Reilly book "Managing Internet
Information Services" and it really helped me understand everything
better...
I now have this as my alias, and it works.
test-l: "|path/to/majordomo/wrapper resend -l test-l -h bigbird.scu.edu
test-l-outgoing"
test-l-outgoing: :include:/usr/local/mail/lists/test-l
