Please can we have a digest

Dear Brent (or whoever majordomo-users-owner is these days),

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE can we have a majordomo-users-digest?

I'd still like to get the stuff on majordomo-users as (some) of it is
useful, and am happy to help out when I can, but the traffic is getting
a bit much, particularly from users who seem incapable of reading
the documentation or thinking a little before mailing the list (I know
we're all newbies at some point, but pleeeese...).

I mailed majordomo-users-owner a couple of weeks ago asking this, and
had no reply.

I'm sure I can't be the only one to whom this would be useful?
