I have a simple solution IF you are willing to run two separate SMTP/POP
Hosts. This is to assign one domain to one mail Server and the other to the
2nd mail Server. Then each would run a separate Majordomo that supports
only lists in its domain.

If the domains are only Email Domains, then the MX records would direct the
mail to the correct Host. Otherwise the A records would do the Directing.

I _Know_ that is not what you were asking but it seems a much simpler solution.
