I'm new to the list and have just read the FAQ and README docus
and have a really stupid question which I can't seem to find in
these two docus:
how do I start majordomo?
And just to clarify a point: the majordomo user doesn't have to
be called majordomo or? Mine is called "god" and after sending
mail to "god" I sort of expected (hoped) that it would magically start
a majordomo process. Can someone please help me? I'm running
it on a HP-UX V9 box.
Also what is the *point* of the aliases file?

PPS. don't you think that in the welcoming letter for this list
that one major point is forgotten: the mail address to send to
the list?? I just hope that my intuition proves right or is this
part of a test to see if you're good enough to be on the list...
