	you could set up digesting and process a digest 4 times a day
or	if this machine only does majordomo, invoke the sendmail daemon with
	-q6h  so that it processes mail every 6 hours

	take a look at the resend scripts.  the variable opt_s 
(administrivia) is used to shunt messages to the list owner when they 
have "help" in the first 5 lines.  (among other tests)
