My approved posts also have an "apparently to" listname-outgoing line, and
the posts DO have a to: header. But I don't recreate a "To:" header under
the Approved: passwd section, and maybe that's what we need to be doing?
Starting approved messages with:
Approved: passwd
To: listname
From: sender
Subject: message subject
Ideas??
