Yet another Newbie

OK, I got majordomo all set up and it is working, but my god does it take
forever to reply to any commands.  I read the html FAQ's and it mentioned
in there that my file permissions or GID or UID are probably set wrong.
I can't seem to figure the ID out.  Any assistance?
