What are the various options for the precedence? My list is currently set
to Bulk and it takes 5 mins for a message I post to come back to me.
Since I only send out 1-2 msgs a day, and its a read only list, I'd like to
have them posted sooner, so I don't have to wait around to verify that the
message went through properly.
