I have modified version 1.92 to have 'suspend' and 'resume' commands. All
it does is to copy the relevant list entries to a file list.susp but it
seems to work ok. The code is not pretty: it was intended as a short term
fix until v2.00 appeared which would either have suspend and resume or a
much improved interface for adding new commands.... The same idea would
doubtless work for version 1.93, but I haven't had time to implement
that. If the code, with no guarantees whatever, is of interest, let me
know,

Andrew
