Newbie needs help with '*.info' files

I've been managing some low-traffic, local-only lists for a while,
now, and I'm trying to refine the information files that are sent to
new subscribers.  The feature I'm most interested in implementing is
one in which the info file returns (amongst other things) the _exact
command_ that a user would type to subscribe or unsubscribe from a
list, including that specific user's e-mail address (as parsed by
MajorDomo).

Can someone tell me how to do this?  I assume it's a simple matter of
including some kind of token that MajorDomo will expand into the
appropriate string.  Am I badly wrong?

I've perused the documentation that came with the MajorDomo
distribution, and haven't found anything.  Where else should I look
for answers like this?
