The FAQ changes constantly, I update it anywhere from once to ten
times a week.   Implementing change bars is darn near impossible in
HTML, especially when I need to automatically generate a text version
too.  I can put little stars by sections that changed, but frequently
sections are under constant revision so they'd always have stars.

Also, what is "changed"?  Changed since the last month?  Last week?
The last time it was distributed with Majordomo?  The last time it
was posted?  I also post it to the list (intentionally) on a different
schedule than to comp.mail.list-admin.software.

Perhaps I could put a 'last modified' date in each section, so people
(given they remember when they last read the FAQ) can tell what has
changed since then.
