Wrapper error

While doing a "wrapper make" I got the error:
cc: wrapper.c line 135 error 1000 Unexpected symbol: "<end_of_file>".
*** error code 1

I coded around it by changing the  char 
setgroup_used="setgroup_was_included";
to   char setgroup_used="C";

I was able to complete without errors and able to do the other makes without 
errors. I'm still in the process of configuring, but was wondering if my 
change would cause a problem later?
