think maybe in the config file for the base list, you dont have both the
list file and list-digest file on the line? we are running this way closed
lists and seems to be working correctly. md 1.93 and perl 4.036.
excerpt from /usr/local/mail/lists/listname.config
# restrict_post [restrict_post] (undef) <resend>
# If defined only address listed in one of the files (colon or space
# separated) can post to the mailing list. This is less useful than it

so both the digest subscribers and the loose subscribers can post to the
