even if this has been changed, i've been looking over the code and
you can't simply substitute a reference to bulk_mail for
/usr/lib/sendmail. i'm rusty at c at this level and have never
programmed in perl before, but i'm taking my best shot at making
the necessary changes. expect this to take a while. i'll post
on the results when i'm done.
