No, don't. As written above:

The new config file for xxxxxx was NOT accepted because:
unknown key |restrict_post xxxxxx| in file xxxxxx.new.config at line 1
If I put an '=' after 'restrict_post' it "works" in that it replaces the
entire config file with that one line.
