Majordomo 1.93's `which' case sensitive?

I just had a user try to do a `which' command by passing his address
in all lower case.  When I moved my old manual list to work under
majordomo, I left some mixed case addresses on the list.  This user
got back no occurances of his address on any lists, even though the
only difference was case.  Resubmitting the `which' command with the
mixed case address worked.

Majordomo should be case insensitive when comparing address strings.
