Does Bulk_Mailer just sort on the domain name as supplied or does it go to
the extra effort of resolving each domain supplied into a SMTP Server
address so that MX domains that map to the same SMTP Server can be grouped
together for transmission (instead of getting the transmission groupings
based only on the domain name)?
