No.

All majordomo does is pass your mailer a message to deliver and
tell your mailer "here, send this to these addresses".  One copy
of the message gets passed, and the mailer sends N copies for each of N
sites which receive it.

For Majordomo to do this sort of tinkering would require gross amounts
of work, involving Majordomo creating M copies (where M > N) of
the mail for each of M recipients and passing those M copies 
individually to your mailer for delivery.  (and if you're running
sendmail, driving your machine into the ground and possibly crashing
your machine)
