Many thanks to everyone who responded to my query, I appreciate
it! I did figure out what was wrong, and it was twofold: The first
thing was running an early version of perl, and once I got that sorted
out, things started breaking in a much more gentle fashion. *grins*
It turned out that not only did I have to set the directories which
majordomo used to be owned by majordom, but the directories which
CONTAINED those directories had to be at least world executable.
My goof. :) The solution was as easy as 'chmod +x ..' Hope that
that can help someone else with the same problem, and thanks again. :)
