If you had never put in the "-R" flag, after a certain number of
bounces (somewhere around 17) your mailer would have bounced the
mail to postmaster instead of forwarding it to the list.  Don't
use the -R flag unless you know what you're doing.  (and even
then think twice)

This sort of caveat should be explained better in resend.README
and .config comments.

Check to see the someone didn't accidently subscribe the list
to itself, or if someone sent up an improperly set up local
reflector.
