You can use uppercase letters in the mailings all you want, they will
be lowcased by the mail agent for matching. So as long as the file
names/aliases are all in lowercase you can broadcast it as
`LiStNaMe-L' if you want, as long as the filename/aliases are
`listname-l'. As I just sent out in a previous mailing the allowed
form is:
*>List names must be of the form "[a-z0-9_-]+" (in other words,
*>letters, digits, underbars, or dashes only).
