You can either :
+ Make the list moderated (moderate option on your config list file)
+ Use restrict_post = posting.allowed on your config file.
Also, you should not use "I" option on your alias file, some system
translate the alias to lowercase before executing it.

Hmnm .. your mailer system took "i" by "I" option. Modify your conf.
instead.
