empty digests

I'm creating a digest through cron ...

15 3 * * * echo mkdigest harp-l-digest xxxxxxxxx | /usr/bin/mail majordomo

... which of course generates an empty document if there weren't any
messages that day.

Is there an existing hack on majordomo to prevent the construction of empty
digests, or should I build a little wrapper?
