I'm using Majordomo 1.93, and everything is working fine, except that I
can't capitalize the list name the way the list owner wants.

The FAQ mentions in passing that it can be done, and says you can have
problems with it if you don't do it right, but fails to mention how to do
it right.

I'll bet your list name has capital letters in it... Majordomo smashes all list
names to all-lower-case before attempting to use the list name as part of a
filename. So, while it's OK to advertise (for instance)
"Majordomo-Users" and have the headers say "Majordomo-Users", the
files and archive directory all need to be "majordomo-users*".

I capitalize everything, including the filenames, and it comes out with the
right case, and of course I have problems, just like the FAQ says.

If I don't capitalize everything, it comes out all lower case.

How do you "have the headers say 'Majordomo-Users'"? I tried inserting a
"From:" header in the message_headers variable, but then I just got doubled
From: lines.
