No.  Well, maybe.  It depends on your operating system.  On some systems,
wrapper needs to be setuid-root (as shown above).  On other systems,
wrapper needs to be setuid to the user Majordomo is going to run as
(typically something like "majordom").  See the FAQ and README files and
the comments concerning POSIX vs. non-POSIX systems in the Makefile for
more info.
