Where is perl installed on your system? I bet it isn't
/usr/local/bin/perl, which is what Majordomo assumes. If that isn't where
your perl binary is, you need to either make a link by that name to where
it really is, or edit the #! lines at the start of all the Majordomo
scripts (majordomo, resend, request-answer, etc.) to reflect the correct
path for your system.
