ctime.pl should some with your perl program, not majordomo. It sounds
like your problem is that your path to where the perl include file
(ctime.pl being one of them) is incorrect so perl cannot find the include
files. If you installed perl ctime.pl should be there, but perl and
majordomo just need to know where it is.
