Actually 5.001_M_ seems to behave okay. 5.001 from prep.ai hoses and cores
(i have some things dependednt upon 5.xxx and i do not consider 5.00 to
be a good comprimise between 4.036 and 5.001. needless to say, murphy's
law dictates that the two conflicting programs (majordomo and a data
munger) are part of the same project on the same machine. (what else
needs to be said ?
