I also had a request to restrict subscriptions to a certain domain.
They want all subscriptions from a certain domain to be automatic while
requests from other domains to go to the list-maintainer. If this has not
been previously done, I would consider changing it. I didn't want to hack
it then have it not show up in the next release then I would have to re-hack
the new code to put my local changes in.
