integrating FAXes?

This may be a stupid question, but...
Has anyone here ever "subscribed" a FAX number to a mailing list?
Perhaps this should be more of a sendmail question?

The goal is to set some list members up such that when a message is
distributed, it will just come out on their FAX.

Any thoughts, experiences, very appreciated.
