Well--the NT perl is good, but NT doesn't have a good port of sendmail.

You'd have to be willing to do a *lot* of major changes to the majordomo
code to get it to work under NT. The lack of a decent sendmail port is only
one of the problems, others would include how NT would handle email aliases,
how to get the wrapper program to work (or remove it completely), how to....
