Set the 'precedence' variable in your list.config file to null, e.g.:

    precedence =

to get rid of the Precedence: header. No doubt someone will correct me
if I'm wrong, but I don't find anywhere that Content-Type is added by
mj, so I think you'll have to look elsewhere for that one.
