I don't think all the attributions have been included and I don't
remember who asked the original message or the first response above, but
I don't think many (anyone?) understood what was being asked. However,
for BSD systems, wrapper should be owned by W_USER and W_GROUP, as
defined in Makefile, and installed mode 06755.

Root ownership and mode 04755 is for POSIX systems.
