HELP( BOUNCE faculty: Admin request)

I have a list called faculty.  It is not a moderated list.  When one of 
the faculty member posted a message, I(ownet-faculty) got the message 
forwarded with the subject

BOUNCD faculty: Admin request.

Can somebody tell me when I would usually get this kind of message.  This 
list was working OK so far until today when I saw this message.
