Majordomo tries to identify admin requests that should go to majordomo
that are sent to the list address by mistake. It is at times overly
paranoid. That is why the message got bounced to you. It identified it
as a possible messages that should have goine to majordomo. It is was
not, just approve the message like you would for a moderated list and it
will be sent to the list.
