My company is very worried about security on our new list. They don't
want people to be able to do the WHO command, even if they are
approved subscribers. Is there any way to block this command or to
modify the instructions it sends out when you request help so that it
doesn't include WHO as an option?

Also, they want me to modify the initial message that gets generated
when someone tries to subscribe. They get a canned response and they
want us to customize that, I can't figure out how to do this?

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

     Thanks,
     Sandy
