newbie question?

Hi!

In the docs I read that I shall set up an alias for the list itself
using the wrapper and resend, and another alias for the email addresses
of the people belonging to the list. If I want a moderated list this is
achived by using the resend command, so people send mail to the list
and resend moderates it, but what happen if someone send mail directly
to the alias with the include ???

Can anyone bypass the moderation by sending mail directly to that alias ???
