Cant find subroutine

When I try to unsubscribe from a group, I get the following error:

Undefined subroutine "main'Unlink" called at 
/export/home1/majordomo/majordomo-cmds.pl line 128, <LIST> line 78.
554 "|/export/home1/majordomo/wrapper majordomo"... unknown mailer error 3


If I remove the lists/<list>.old file and resubmit the request, i get 
unsubscribed. But minutes later the .old file is there again and it fails.  
Does anyone know why the main'Unlink command can't be found?
