wrapper test

Is the command 'wrapper test' supposed to spit out your uid and gid?  
Everytime I run the command, I am given an output similar to:
euid is: 499
egid is: 200
uid is: 499
gid is: 200
ruid is: 499
rgid is: 200

where 499 is my user id and 200 is my group id.
