Subject: resend bouncing, "header too long"

A message to list sent from All-in-1 has a giant From: header, causing
resend to bounce it with the message:

BOUNCE listname: Header field too long (>1024)

I see in resend where it's checking for that, but I don't see anything
that indicates why it cares how long the header is.

Can I just remove the check, or will it break something?
