Moderated list

We finally have a running list! It all came together when gid daemon was
added to chgrp list.
 My problem is that the -A switch in resend does not work.
 I set it as well as the moderated = yes in the <list>.config file. It
just continues on its merry way as if nothing happened. 
 We can use the program since it will send owner a request prior to
adding a subscriber. 
 We just want to fine tune it.
 Now onward thru the fog.....Thanks, Ken
